- Collaborate with project teams to design subdivision, land development, and public improvement plans.
- Develop stormwater management reports and modeling.
- Create erosion & sediment control plans and construction cost estimates.
- Assist in preparing municipal submissions and permit applications.
- Attend client, municipal, and agency meetings alongside senior engineers.
- Support compliance reviews for zoning and development ordinances.
- Gain experience and mentorship to grow into greater project responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 5+ years of relevant civil/site design experience
- EIT required; PE license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with stormwater modeling software (e.g., Hydro
CAD, SWMM) - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania land development regulations is a plus
