Senior W​/WW Engineer​/Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager for our Temple, TX office. The position will include project management, client relations, client outreach, design and construction oversight for engineering projects conducted in the area.

• Work as part of a design team or independently on business development, client meetings, presentations, and outreach.
• Manage budgets and schedules for ongoing projects.
• Prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates, contract documents, specifications, proposals, and RFQ responses.
• Coordinate and mentor staff, including project-level and field employees.
• Drive and support business development in the region.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects.

Minimum qualifications include a minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects, a Texas P.E. license, self‑starter attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
