Position: Remote CAD Designer in Energy Sector
Join RRC as a CAD Designer specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Design electrical engineering projects in a remote work environment or from one of our U.S. or Canadian offices.

As a CAD Designer at RRC, you will work remotely or from our locations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. With a focus on renewable energy projects, your role includes creating precise drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and adhering to industry standards. You'll engage in quality improvement efforts, enhance team outputs, and ensure projects meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on electrical engineering designs for BESS projects

• Create site plans and single line diagrams in AutoCAD

• Ensure drawings adhere to industry regulations and standards

• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates

• Improve quality of BESS team deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field

• 4+ years of engineering design experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Knowledge of low to medium voltage electrical systems

• Strong communication skills in technical settings
