A fast-growing manufacturer of prefabricated structures is hiring multiple Structural Engineers to support a nationwide portfolio of manufacturing facilities. The company has expanded significantly in recent years through organic growth and acquisition, and its engineering team is at the center of every project. This is a fully remote role for a licensed structural PE who wants to do real design work — complete structural calculations from concept through state submission — without being buried in bureaucracy.

• Base salary: $120,000–$150,000K+, depending on experience and active PE licensure
• $20K SIGN ON BONUS potential
• License incentive bonus program: bonuses for earning new state PE licenses (company covers all expenses) plus an annual retention bonus for maintaining active licensures
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.; on-site access available at manufacturing facilities in 8 states for those who prefer it

• Provide structural engineering support across multiple manufacturing facilities, either as part of a team or independently
• Produce complete structural calculations packages for modular units — both individual and multi-unit complexes — for state submission
• Design and analyze gravity systems: roof framing members, bearing walls, plywood beams, clean-span steel trusses, engineered and built-up posts, HSS posts, floor joists, and wide-flange steel chassis members
• Design and analyze lateral systems: roof and floor diaphragm sheathing, exterior and interior shear walls, and structural steel portal frames
• Take "special interest" projects from start to finish — multi-story complexes and others
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with multiple concurrent projects

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited university
• California, Alaska, and Hawaii licensure strongly preferred; must be willing and able to obtain additional state licenses
• Complete and current NCEES record holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing licensed PE
• Experience with load development and structural calculations for both gravity and lateral systems
• Proficiency in structural analysis software including Excel, ENERCALC, Tekla TEDDS, RISA 3D, RGS CFS 14, Woodworks, and Bluebeam Revu
• Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes: IBC, ASCE, NDS, AISC, AISI
• Experience with wood framing and cold-formed steel design
• Multi-story wood design and/or high wind zone experience a plus
