Work Model:  Hybrid (Mon, Tue, Thurs in office / Wed, Fri work from home)
Pay Rate:  $45-47/hr on T4

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Drafting Technologist III to support engineering and operations teams by producing, updating, and maintaining technical drawings for pipeline and facility projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain engineering drawings across mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines

Translate engineering concepts, project deliverables, and field redlines into accurate CAD drawings

Review and incorporate site markups, photos, and as-built information into final deliverables

Ensure drawings comply with drafting standards and industry practices

Support preparation of IFC and As-Built drawing packages

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, field teams, and external vendors

Maintain drawing control, revision history, and project documentation

Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of drafting experience in the oil & gas industry

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with P&IDs, plot plans, facility layouts, and equipment drawings

Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines including mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation

Ability to interpret field redlines, site photos, and project documentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Enbridge standards and systems

Familiarity with pipeline and facility operations

Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and tagging conventions

Electrical drafting experience is preferred for one opening
