Absolute Recruit is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller for a flourishing publishing business in Oxford. This role requires managing the entire finance function while reporting directly to the Board, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving process improvements.
The successful candidate will produce monthly accounts, manage cash flow, and ensure ongoing tax compliance. A hybrid work model is offered, requiring office presence 3 days a week.
