Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy, operations, and management of the organization. The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and advising the executive team on financial planning, analysis, and risk management. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure.
  • Lead financial risk management, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
  • Oversee the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance.
  • Lead due diligence and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial markets, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and investor relations.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
