Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Operations, this full-time position aims to enhance accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve accounting policies and maintain internal controls

• Mentor and lead the accounting team effectively

• Supervise daily accounting operations and tax filings

• Ensure accuracy in financial statements and reporting processes

• Develop KPIs and analyze financial insights for decision-making

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting management experience

• Background in multi-currency financial environments

• Proficient in financial reporting and ERP software

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• CPA designation preferred but not essential
