Affirm’s Finance team needs a seasoned leader to oversee financial operations strategically. With a minimum of 8 years in analytical roles, you will partner with key functions and craft insights that steer investment and operational decisions. Your ability to synthesize complex data will reinforce Affirm's pursuit of clear, actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Revenue Finance in strategic discussions across departments
• Construct and refine detailed user and loan mix models
• Evaluate actual performance against forecasts and recommend actions
• Prepare consolidated reporting on key financial areas
• Translate analysis into easily digestible insights for leadership
Requirements:
• 8+ years in strategic finance or similar analytical roles
• Solid experience in financial modeling and SQL
• Proven ability to influence and work with senior leadership
• Experience in fintech industries preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline financial workflows
