In this pivotal role, you’ll engage in financial due diligence and post-acquisition processes for WELL’s clinic portfolio. Your responsibilities include performing in-depth analyses, drafting reports, and ensuring seamless financial transitions post-acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Finance, your role is vital in handling multiple transactions in a public company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed financial analysis including revenue testing
• Prepare and draft exhaustive due diligence reports
• Validate revenue to cash with reconciliations
• Assist in preparing closing statements and calculations
• Provide audit support and transition packages for integrations
Requirements:
• CPA certification required
• 4–7 years of experience in audit or corporate accounting
• M&A transaction exposure preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical competencies
• Meticulous attention to documentation detail
