• We originate in 48 states with no MLO state licensing required.
• Construction and Renovation loan programs.
• Portfolio loans with common-sense underwriting.
• Jumbo, reverse, manufactured, ITIN, Land and DPA programs available.
• Ability to broker: bank statement, DSCR, non-warrantable condos and more!
• Direct contact with processors and underwriters is encouraged.

This position requires an individual that is currently productive in a residential loan origination role, with a minimum two years of origination experience. Encompass experience strongly preferred.

Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS Registry) is required upon hire.

Valid and current driver’s license required for travel to meet with prospects and customers.
