Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SOX Auditor to join their team. As a SOX Auditor, you will be part of the Internal Audit Department supporting the compliance and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $45/HR W2

What's the Job?

  • Partner with clients regarding SOX compliance efforts through planning and performing operational audits.

  • Review and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of financial and operational internal controls.

  • Manage SOX assessments of general business controls performed by business professionals.

  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness of SOX testing and reporting to help manage department costs.

  • Contribute to the completion of the required elements of the SOX program, including testing and reporting requirements.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • At least 2 years of SOX compliance or audit experience.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Oracle experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work independently and within a team environment.
