NANA Management Services is seeking a Remote Radio Dispatcher / Call-Taker to provide emergency dispatch and call-taking services for the petrochemical industry in Alaska’s North Slope. This role involves a rotation of two weeks on and two weeks off, working both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities include dispatching emergency services, communicating with agencies, and monitoring various alarms. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least two years of related experience, as well as intermediate computer skills. Must be able to multi-task and remain calm in emergency situations.
