Right At Home is looking for a Recruiter to join our amazing Right At Home office staff in our Columbus office!

We are a locally/family-owned home care and staffing business that has an extraordinary culture. We are looking for an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and who has exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, community recruitment, sales, conducting orientations, and managing an employee census.

Hours:

Mon-Friday 8a-5p

The Recruiter actively sources talent into the organization, then creates extraordinary experiences to onboard, train and retain that talent.

The ideal candidate has a successful sales or recruitment track record. No healthcare experience is required.

The desired candidate will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• College Degree Preferred.
• Sales/Recruiting experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for some on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
