Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Contract)
Duration: 6+ Months
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Position Overview
A rapidly growing technology-driven organization is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to support a significant increase in hiring demand. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring professionals who can quickly ramp up, partner with hiring managers, and effectively manage multiple technical requisitions across engineering and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Recruit for roles across systems engineering, robotics/mechanical design, field robotics support, quality/reliability engineering, and technical supply chain.
- Evaluate candidate technical qualifications and ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
Targeted Roles Include
- Systems Engineers (PLC and electro-mechanical troubleshooting)
- Quality Technicians and Engineers
- Technical Category Managers (robotics components)
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or hardware-focused environments.
- Experience recruiting for complex technical roles (robotics experience is a strong plus, but not required).
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify niche technical talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fully remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located in the Northeast.
