Senior Project Manager – Large-Scale & Complex IT Programs

For our locations in Puly, we are looking for experienced Senior Project Manager eager to take ownership of large-scale, high-impact IT initiatives and to thrive in complex and demanding environments.

Your Role:
Leading Ambitious and Complex Projects. In this key position, you will manage projects of significant size and strategic importance, involving multiple stakeholders, interdisciplinary teams, and evolving constraints.

• Take full ownership of complex, multidisciplinary customer projects, from initial planning through to final acceptance
• Act as the driving force behind project success, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and priorities in dynamic and evolving environments
• Prepare and present offers, value propositions, and client presentations, supporting pre‑sales activities
• Apply, adapt, and continuously improve modern project delivery methodologies (agile and traditional)
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and governance frameworks
• Lead and coordinate experienced teams of business analysts, architects, and software engineers
• Actively contribute to key project phases, including requirements engineering, solution architecture, and delivery execution

• University degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience managing agile software development projects, ideally in a consulting environment
• Strong ability to structure, formalize, and document processes, from detailed operational workflows to executive‑level steering committees
• Solid experience in business requirements definition and stakeholder alignment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and complex stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Results‑driven team player with a strong collaborative leadership mindset
• Demonstrated experience in project management, PMO, change management, and IT delivery
• Ability to build and articulate a clear, compelling value proposition and commercial offer
• Broad understanding of IT architectures and solutions (front‑end, back‑end, data‑driven systems, etc.)
• Professional proficiency in English and French;
  German is a plus
• Interest in strategic consulting, digital transformation, and IT governance

• Project management certifications (SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP, HERMES, SAFe, TOGAF)
• Experience delivering data‑intensive projects, with hands‑on exposure to BI, data governance, analytics, visualization, and reporting
