Responsibilities- Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal systems
- Verify, review, and validate information to maintain data integrity
- Maintain and update databases in accordance with company standards
- Support routine reporting and data organization tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work full-time during working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic data entry and typing skills
- Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and quality standards
- Hands-on experience with a globally recognized engineering and energy company
- Exposure to international standards and professional digital workflows
- Structured training that builds transferable skills in data accuracy and quality control
- Strong foundation for long-term career growth
- Stable full-time remote role with a structured work schedule
