Position: Operational Transformational Lead (Home-based )

Role Outline

Health Partners is seeking an Operational Transformation Lead to help deliver the Operational Efficiency Workstream of the Modernisation & Agentic Automation Strategy.

This workstream is focused on driving cross-functional efficiency and establishing end-to-end data alignment across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance and Clinical Support. The role will help define and standardise workflows, align data structures, and establish an integrated operational dataset that enables real-time visibility and forms the foundation for enterprise automation and AI-driven process execution.

Supporting the Technical Programme Manager you will work across business and technology teams to remove fragmentation, introduce consistency, and create the conditions required for scalable automation and LLM-driven orchestration. Your success will be measured through improved operational efficiency, data consistency, visibility of performance, and readiness for automation at scale.

What You ll Be Doing

In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of our Operational Efficiency Modernisation workstream, translating strategy into actionable plans, focusing on workflow standardisation, data alignment, and automation readiness. You will lead cross-functional efforts to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and design scalable workflows as a foundation for automation and AI integration.

Key responsibilities include defining enterprise automation frameworks, standardising core data definitions across teams, enabling real-time performance visibility through integrated reporting, and driving adoption of consistent processes and practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional leadership skills, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams, while maintaining compliance with clinical, regulatory, and data governance standards.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrated experience in delivering cross-functional operational transformation, with expertise in process design and standardisation across diverse business functions. A proven ability to align data definitions and enhance data quality across systems and have a working knowledge of automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven processes. You will have the capability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams without formal authority. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities in complex settings coupled with results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving progress and resolving obstacles.

Ideally you will have experience in a healthcare or other regulated industries, be familiar with data platforms, analytics, or enterprise integration and have a background in large-scale transformation or post-acquisition environments. You will have knowledge of process mining, workflow tools, or automation platforms.
