Daleel is a growing marketplace app in the UAE connecting local and home-based businesses with buyers through one platform. We are looking for an experienced Operations & Technical Coordinator to work directly with the founder and help oversee app operations while coordinating closely with the app development team.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical understanding in mobile app development and can act as the bridge between management and developers to ensure smooth execution, maintenance, testing, and future growth of the platform.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate with the app development team regarding updates, bugs, improvements, and timelines
- Monitor app performance and help manage ongoing maintenance and feature development
- Test new app features and identify/report issues clearly
- Assist in organising operational workflows and internal processes
- Support seller onboarding, platform operations, and user experience improvements
- Help oversee third-party integrations such as payments, notifications, and delivery systems
- Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational tasks
- Maintain organised documentation and project tracking
Saturday–Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Hybrid/flexible role — candidate should be available online during working hours and able to attend in-person meetings or office work when required.
Preferred Candidate- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passionate about startups, technology, and mobile apps
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
- Minimum 5 years of experience in app development or technical project coordination
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes (iOS/Android)
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and technical teams
- Experience with app testing, debugging, and feature tracking
- Knowledge of UI/UX and mobile app user experience
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic is a plus
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing businesses is preferred
- Understanding of integrations such as payment gateways, notifications, and APIs is a plus
