And now it's your turn: Marketing-Generalist with a Hands-on-Spirit and a Digital-First-Mindset Marketing Generalist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our team in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (near Stuttgart) or Neustetten near Rottenburg am Neckar as soon as possible, either part-time (min. 50%) or full-time. You will work in a hybrid model, which allows you to mix office and remote working days.
As an experienced Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for digital marketing at netcare – both conceptually and operationally. You will work closely with the management team and develop measures that contribute to both market positioning and employer branding.
You can expect a varied position at an IT service provider focusing on digital solutions for enterprise customers – pragmatic, agile and successful in the market for over 20 years. With almost 100 employees in Germany and Serbia, we implement projects for customers in e-commerce, the automotive industry and the public sector.
Our current marketing consists mainly of selective measures and a lot of potential, which we now want to expand in a structured way – with you.
What you’ll be doing :- Developing and implementing a practical digital marketing strategy in close consultation with management
- Supporting, maintaining and further developing our website in terms of content and organisation, with support from the development team as required
- Planning, implementing and monitoring paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Linked In)
- SEO/SEA:
From keyword research to on-page/off-page optimisation to performance monitoring - Creating and editing content (website, blog, Linked In, white papers, etc.) in collaboration with colleagues
- Developing and optimising landing pages for campaigns and target groups
- Monitoring and evaluating new digital marketing trends – e.g. AI overviews on Google, new visibility features, generative content tools
- Working closely with the HR and sales teams on employer branding and lead generation
- A responsible role with high visibility within the company
- Collaboration with management on an equal footing – clear, direct, decisive

- Several years of solid experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Very good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or similar)
- Experience with content management systems, preferably Word Press or Headless CMS
- Independent, structured way of working with a focus on implementation – in close coordination with stakeholders
- Very good German (at least C1) and confident English
- Tech affinity:
You are analytical, digitally literate and feel comfortable in technical environments - Creative sensitivity and conceptual strength
