About the Role
We are working with a rapidly growing enterprise technology team seeking a Senior Platform Engineer / Dev Ops Engineer to support large‑scale cloud modernization and automation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This is a contract opportunity focused on building secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS environments while driving automation, CI/CD optimization, and infrastructure standardization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with AWS, Terraform, Azure Dev Ops pipelines, identity and access management integrations, and cloud security remediation tools.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in complex enterprise ecosystems and wants to make a visible impact across cloud engineering, automation, and platform reliability. The team is heavily investing in Infrastructure as Code, cloud governance, security automation, and modernization efforts tied to enterprise‑scale initiatives and acquisitions. You’ll work alongside senior engineering and security teams to build highly automated, scalable solutions while helping define best practices across the organization.

- 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering or Dev Ops Engineering
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale AWS environments
- Expertise with AWS Identity Management solutions
- Experience integrating AWS IAM with SailPoint and Cyber Ark
- Strong hands‑on experience building Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with YAML scripting and automation workflows
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory administration and artifact management
- Advanced Terraform experience for Infrastructure as Code provisioning
- Experience automating and maintaining Golden AMIs within AWS
- Strong scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Power Shell
- Experience using Wiz for vulnerability remediation and cloud security management
- Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills
- Experience working within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Banking, or Healthcare
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions within enterprise environments
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
- Terraform Associate certification
- Azure Dev Ops Engineer certification
- Experience implementing cloud governance and compliance standards
- Familiarity with enterprise security best practices
- Experience building reusable Terraform modules and automation frameworks
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to containerization or Kubernetes environments is a plus
