Hybrid schedule: 3 in‑office days per week averaging 12 days per month at our Southfield, MI Corporate Office. Training requires onsite 5 days per week from 8am‑5pm EST. After training, employees follow a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days remote.
Work hours:
Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm EST, with an alternating evening shift (11am‑8pm EST) 2‑3 times per month.
The Digital Workflow Services Associate operates in a dynamic, multi‑skilled environment to ensure client account documentation complies with industry regulations. The associate serves as a liaison between branch personnel and the Home Office, provides world‑class phone support to troubleshoot system issues, delivers training on operational processes, facilitates problem resolution, processes client documents, and adheres to established procedures for routine tasks. The associate also performs a variety of non‑routine tasks with limited decision‑making authority, contributing to overall service excellence.
Responsibilities- Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Carry out operational tasks by following established processes, possibly adjusting basic settings or parameters to meet performance standards.
- Use standard office software to perform basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports.
- Maintain files and records.
- Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by engaging courteously.
- Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
- Support others by carrying out basic data management tasks.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards and adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills through formal and informal training and coaching.
- Support business processes with guidance, using standard office equipment and software.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with elementary verbal skills under supervision.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet business objectives with guidance.
- Develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Analyze data trends for use in reports to guide decision making under guidance.
- Use elementary numerical concepts for mathematical operations such as report analysis under supervision.
- Interpret and ensure policies and procedures align with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Select and deploy the most appropriate office system at an elementary level under supervision.
