Tier4 Group is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to enhance delivery excellence across the organization. This remote position (CST or EST) requires planning and facilitating quarterly events, managing dependencies, and coaching teams on Agile practices.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in Agile delivery roles and experience with large planning events. Strong facilitation and communication skills, particularly using Jira for reporting, are essential.
Financial services or insurance experience is a plus.
