We are looking for a Dev Ops SME / Architect to lead platform engineering standards across a multi‑cloud, hybrid environment. This is a Guild / COE-level role, requiring deep expertise in infrastructure, automation, and cloud architecture, along with the ability to define and scale Dev Ops practices across teams.

• Architect and standardize Dev Ops practices across AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi
• Design and implement scalable Kubernetes‑based platforms (Helm, deployments, orchestration)
• Develop reusable CI/CD modules and automation frameworks
• Lead cloud architecture for large‑scale systems including compute, storage, networking, and databases
• Debug complex multi‑cloud and third‑party integration issues
• Implement observability, incident management, and reliability systems
• Define and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
• Drive performance tuning, scalability, and system optimization
• Establish disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of Dev Ops best practices across teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and offshore engineering teams

• 15+ years of experience in Dev Ops / Platform Engineering / Cloud Architecture
• Strong hands‑on experience in multi‑cloud environments (AWS + GCP)
• Deep expertise in:
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi)
  • Kubernetes (Helm, deployments, scaling, production systems)
  • Docker and containerized platforms
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Experience building reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of networking (DNS, VPCs, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience with databases (SQL, tuning, Dynamo
  
  DB, Aurora, etc.)
• Experience implementing CI/CD systems and reusable pipelines
• Experience with observability and incident management systems
• Strong documentation practices (Git Hub, CLI tooling, etc.)

• Proven experience leading Dev Ops initiatives across teams (Guild / COE model preferred)
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving adoption of best practices
• Ability to define standards, not just execute tasks

• Strong understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization
• Experience in disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments

• Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments
• Experience with frontend/backend build systems (npm, Maven, etc.)
• Prior experience with Apple or similar large‑scale tech organizations
