3M is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Platforms to lead the product vision and strategy of its enterprise data platform. This role requires at least eight years of experience in data management, and the ability to own platforms as products across complex environments. The position is hybrid based in Maplewood, MN, allowing remote work at least three days a week, and may require up to 10% travel.

The candidate must possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
