Senior Manager, Software Development

Senior Manager, Software Development – Winston‑Salem, NC (Hybrid). Requires in‑office attendance three days per week at the Winston‑Salem office and remote work for two days per week. Minimum 10% travel to company sites.

• Provide production support and timely enhancements for the JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) CNC system and associated security architecture.
• Architect and design server architecture for DSI systems integrated with JDE and JDE World, including installation, configuration, certificate bindings, IIS settings, and hotfix application.
• Lead projects converting Tidal job scheduler to RTX Redwood Runmyjobs and migrating DSI‑SAP programs to ITS Mobile for Collins Interiors sites.
• Develop DSI inventory and warehouse applications using DSI Application Studio, integrated with JD Edwards Enterprise One and JD Edwards World.
• Upgrade on‑premise SOTI to Collins Xeta Cloud and convert legacy UTAS handheld devices to SOTI on Xeta Cloud.
• Manage all security setups, including user and role management, security matrix updates, and system configuration for JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E19.0).
• Perform JDE CNC activities: package builds, promotions, ESU/ASU applications, securities, user and role setup, custom copy environments, server administration, and troubleshooting end‑user issues.
• Standardize inventory management, pick‑pack‑ship processes across global warehouses using DSI.
• Support and maintain JDE ERP instances for interiors SBU and implement enhancements for customer and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and debug programs in JD Edwards Enterprise One, SAP, and DSI; devise logic procedures and flowcharts.
• Train users on system conversions and implementations.
• Perform server maintenance, health checks, patch application, and manage DSI Mobile client communication through handheld devices.
• Develop customized scripts for Mobi Control (SOTI) to automate repetitive tasks on Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Configure DSI Mobile client on handheld devices using SOTI and create secure scripts per company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of progressive experience as a Software Developer (or 7 years with a master’s degree).
• At least 7years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Development tools (Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, NER, C Business function, BI Publisher).
• At least 4years of experience developing complex DSI programs integrated with JDE World, Enterprise One, and SAP (IM/WM).
• At least 3years of experience in SAP IM/WM functional module and implementing ITS Mobile application.
• At least 3years of experience creating custom scripts to automate tasks in Mobi Control (SOTI) MDM.
• At least 2years of experience developing JD Edwards Enterprise One published and consumer Business services using JDeveloper.
• U.S. citizenship or legal status with authorized work in the U.S. without future immigration sponsorship.
