12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology or digital services is required. 5+ years in Director-level leadership within a complex or regulated environment is required.# Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or similarly complex organizations preferred. Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing managers and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge, Skills # Abilities:

The Senior Director, Technology & Digital Services provides senior-level leadership and oversight for enterprise technology services across the healthcare system. This role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into executable technology initiatives and ensuring the effective delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Senior Director partners closely with operational, clinical, and administrative leaders to advance technology capabilities that support patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation.
