Location: St. John's
Assume a pivotal role as an HRSD Administrator. Collaborate remotely to enhance HR operations with tailored Service Now solutions while ensuring alignment with established governance practices.
In this position, you will manage the configuration and maintenance of HRSD workflows and collaborate with IT to ensure coherent integration.
Your role includes troubleshooting incidents, gathering requirements from HR teams, and creating comprehensive documentation for user training. Strong interpersonal skills are critical as you liaise with both technical and non-technical parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure HRSD workflows and catalog items
• Maintain and administer the Service Now HRSD platform
• Ensure ITSM and HRSD module coordination
• Gather requirements from HR and design solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents system-wide
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, HR, or related area
• Minimum 3 years in Service Now
•
Required:
Service Now Certified System Administrator
• Preferred: HRSD Implementation Specialist certification
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
