Join a dynamic team as a User Support Technician, working in a hybrid environment in Oakville, Ontario. You'll help users navigate computer challenges with personalized support and training.
This permanent, full-time position involves troubleshooting user issues and enhancing their experience through effective solutions. Candidates with a college background are preferred, but experience is an asset. Responsibilities include responding to technical difficulties, consulting manuals for support, and logging problems for future guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users gaining access to computer networks
• Resolve technical issues reported by users
• Research solutions using user guides and documents
• Train users on systems and processes
• Keep a detailed log of user problems and solutions
Requirements:
• Completed college/CEGEP education
• Previous experience an asset
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter with an organized work ethic
• Eligible to apply for Canadian work permits
