• Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
• Must be a Techno-Functional.
  
  Must have 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM
• Should have at least 3 full life cycle Time and Labor module implementations projects.
• Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams.
• Hands on experience in Fast formula for Time and Labor.
• Good to have exposure for Canada and US legislation.
• Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
• Good functional knowledge in Time and Labor, Payroll and Core HR.
• Certified as an Oracle Implementations.
• Documents and follows-up product improvement requests made by the client and the report of anomalies.
• Demonstrates experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and in internal communications and senior management as well as the ability to work autonomously.
