Job Description & How to Apply Below

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions, provides foundational analytical research and product level support across Oscar’s individual and family (IFP) and employer‑subsidized product portfolios. This role focuses on data analysis, market and competitive research, and performance monitoring of our markets to inform product strategy, design decisions, and execution readiness across on‑exchange and employer‑subsidized (ICHRA) solutions.

This role operates horizontally across product lines and segments, serving as an insight engine for product teams and enabling data‑driven decision making in a regulated, multi‑market environment.

You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development.
