Seeking an experienced Amazon Compliance Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage compliance with Amazon US product listing policies and international regulations, ensuring all products meet legal and labeling standards across various marketplaces.
Key responsibilities- Monitor and maintain compliance with Amazon US product listing policies and manage relationships with Amazon compliance teams
- Lead compliance for international Amazon marketplaces, including VAT registration and country-specific labeling requirements
- Develop and maintain a master labeling matrix and coordinate with product development to integrate compliance requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory affairs, or marketplace operations, preferably with Amazon
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflows
- Familiarity with US consumer product regulations (CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC guidelines, FDA rules)
- Hands-on experience with VAT, EPR, and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce, particularly in the EU and UK
- Strong understanding of product labeling requirements across multiple geographies
