IAM Administrator – Okta
Contract – 3 to 4 months (Remote) – Situs
AMC – Little Rock, AR
This role is responsible for implementing, and supporting complex identity and access control solutions within our Entra AD environments. It requires an understanding of identity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure the security and protection of our organization's critical assets.
Essential Job Functions- Implementation, and maintenance of identity governance processes, including access reviews, certification, and entitlement management.
- Architecting and implementing advanced IAM solutions leveraging Azure AD, Entra , and third‑party identity providers.
- Performing risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate identity‑related threats.
- Collaborating with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IAM initiatives.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging IAM technologies.
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
- 2‑year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience.
- 2–3 years of experience using Entra / Azure AD / Active Directory / Okta and the IAM controls behind each.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex IAM solutions in large‑scale environments.
- Deep expertise in Azure AD, Entra , and related IAM technologies.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve IAM challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide the IAM team.
- Project management skills to lead IAM initiatives and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts outside of normal working hours.
- Requires the ability to be on call and support a 24/7/365 operations schedule.
Annual full‑time base salary range: $30,000 – $40,000. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and market data. Certain positions may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses as per program guidelines.
