Position: Digital Marketing Account Manager (REMOTE)

Digital Marketing Account Manager:
Remote - C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast‑growing, private, full‑service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to expand our team and support local and national clients.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a high‑impact, client‑facing Account Manager who will advocate for clients and manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing programs. The role entails owning strategy, execution, and reporting across Paid Search, Social, and Web, and coordinating internal teams and vendors.

A Day In The Life
  • Portfolio & Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary advocate and day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of 12+ rooftops, proactively managing client satisfaction and performance for maximum retention.
  • Strategic Execution & Optimization:
    Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and pitch to setup and execution—across Paid Search, Social, and Web, and conduct regular platform checks for optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Use Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze traffic, propose optimizations, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports that translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Cross‑Functional & Third‑Party Coordination:
    Lead internal teams (Creative, Content, Paid Search) and external vendors to ensure timely implementation and rigorous task tracking within JIRA.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    Lead weekly client update meetings and maintain professional, timely communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress and campaign health.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
    Ensure all marketing assets meet brand standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and receive formal client approval before launch.
  • Operational Agility:
    Handle additional duties as assigned and travel as necessary to support client needs and business objectives.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or direct client‑facing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • All levels of technical digital acumen: we welcome and encourage all applicants.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate value to clients and serve as a trusted digital advisor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write professional emails to clients and third parties.
  • Demonstrated time‑management and project‑management skills.
  • A positive attitude that resonates throughout your team and the company.
  • Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • 2+ years of experience building multi‑faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and email marketing services.
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.
  • Experience using a project‑management tool, preferably JIRA.
  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 and will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. The stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit. We encourage candidates to discuss salary expectations during the interview process.
