Job Description

Support the evolution of Colleague Advantage, this global hotel chain's bespoke, global front‑desk platform used across ~1,500 hotels to enable real‑time guest recognition and personalization at check‑in. The role partners with Product Managers, engineers, and on‑property stakeholders to support a multi‑year re‑platforming and international rollout, while also enabling dependencies with the On‑Property CRM initiative. This Product BA helps establish and run strong Agile norms, cadences, and ceremonies;

gathers and documents requirements tied to guest data, loyalty, and personalization; and supports delivery of colleague‑facing tools that bring the hotel's brand experience to life at the property level.

• Frontend Framework:
  React 18 with Next.js 14 (App Router)
• Styling:
  Tailwind CSS 3.x with custom design system
• Build Tool:
  Webpack 5 (via Next.js) with optimized bundling
• Type Safety:
  Type Script 5.x for enhanced developer experience
• State Management:
  React Context + Zustand for global state
• Forms:
  React Hook Form with Zod validation

• 5-7 years as a BA in product space who can advise on this project at an enterprise level
• Run agile ceremonies for the Product Manager who knows what good digital Product Management looks like, working with 2 product managers closely for these two tracks.
• Advise on how to best structure ceremonies to operate on an industry norm for a Product Lifecycle, advise on writing more clear user stories
• Scrum and BA skillset in the product space
• Someone who has worked on an employee facing product, knowing the operational flow of dealing with guests/customers face to face
• Must work CST time zone
• Someone who can navigate ambiguity as a Business Analyst
