Position: Patient Success Advocate - FT Weekend Coverage

Overview

Cadence Health is seeking a Patient Success Advocate to join our remote monitoring program in a multi-channel call center environment. You will deliver comprehensive support to patients and partners, handle inquiries, provide administrative assistance to clinicians, and execute patient engagement and retention initiatives.

Base pay: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr location:
Remote. The expected compensation range is $23-$25/hr ($45k-$55k OTE).

This role requires working Monday and Thursday 10:00 AM–9:00 PM EST and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, rescheduling appointments, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on the features, functionalities, and benefits of Cadence technology products and services, empowering them to maximize medical device usage.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily, gather feedback, and provide additional assistance as needed.
  • Escalate patient concerns to the necessary care delivery teams to ensure complex issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
What you’ll need
  • Multi-channel help desk experience (voice, email, SMS) with direct consumer interaction;
    Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing healthcare-related field (advocacy, health system, insurance) providing excellent service and helping patients navigate the healthcare system.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven role and with Medicare patients.
  • Strong problem-solving, probing questions, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to represent Cadence and contribute to a positive culture.
  • Willingness to give and receive feedback with positive intent; ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Stable home Wi-Fi with adequate upload/download speeds; a speed test is required before interviewing to verify standards.
  • Remote patient monitoring support experience is a plus.
