As a Product Support Specialist at Linear, you will assist customers through every phase of interaction, from account setup to integration discovery. Your strong communication skills will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical users, ensuring comprehensive support. Collaborating with our engineering team, you will also document issues and provide insights to drive product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end customer engagement including onboarding
• Resolve issues reported via email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit
• Document and reproduce bugs with engineering
• Surface feedback trends to inform product choices
• Lead strategic projects to enhance support experience
Requirements:
• Passion for technology and Linear’s mission
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with technical user bases
• Based in Pacific or Mountain Time zone
