This fully remote role caters to candidates based in Canada. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide first-level remote support in mission-critical environments. With three years of technical support experience, you will manage incident life cycles and collaborate to enhance service quality while communicating complex concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for technical incidents via various communication channels
• Triage and document incidents, escalating when needed
• Manage incident resolution lifecycle with clear communication
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for operational processes
• Track outages and ensure performance metrics are adhered to
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience
• Experience in remote technical support roles
• Knowledge of communication networks and RF systems
• Familiarity with Windows and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and analytical skills
