• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on IT support/system support experience,
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications,
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO),
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills,
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Experience with network management and configuration (CISCO, FORTINET),
• Knowledge of project management methodologies,
• Familiarity with IT asset management best practices.

• Provide first and second‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues,
• Manage the allocation and return of IT equipment for employees,
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and other devices,
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues,
• Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, and handle account administration,
• Ensure up‑to‑date security practices, including antivirus software and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA),
• Administer Active Directory, O365, Team Viewer, ESET, Paper Cut, and related systems,
• Provide user support for Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc.),
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT‑related problems,
• Maintain and update IT inventory,
• Train and guide employees in the effective use of IT tools and resources.
