Implementation Consultant, Sage Intacct

Location: Montreal

Mac Donald Search Group recrute un Consultant en implantation ERP (bilingue) pour une organisation reconnue dans le domaine des solutions technologiques et des services-conseils. Ce rôle est idéal pour un professionnel ayant une forte compréhension des systèmes financiers et qui souhaite accompagner les clients dans la mise en place de solutions.
Ce poste est en télétravail au Canada

Responsabilités :

Accompagner les clients dans l’implantation de solutions ERP financières (analyse, configuration, déploiement)

Recueillir les besoins d’affaires et traduire ceux-ci en solutions technologiques adaptées

Configurer les systèmes, produire des rapports financiers et assurer la mise en service

Offrir de la formation et du support aux utilisateurs finaux

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes clients (finance, TI, direction)

Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets afin de respecter les délais et les attentes

Agir comme conseiller auprès des clients tout au long du cycle d’implantation et post-déploiement

Participer au soutien des activités de développement des affaires au besoin

Profil recherché :

Formation postsecondaire en comptabilité, finance, administration ou systèmes d’information

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en implantation de systèmes ou en environnement ERP

Expérience avec des solutions ERP infonuagiques (un atout important)

Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes

Bonne compréhension des processus financiers et des technologies associées

Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et livrables simultanément

Excellentes compétences en communication et en formation client

Bilingue français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit

Approche orientée client et intérêt pour l’apprentissage continu

* Mac Donald Search Group is recruiting a bilingual ERP Implementation Consultant for a well-established organization in the technology solutions and consulting services space. This role is well suited for a professional with a strong understanding of financial systems who enjoys supporting clients through the implementation of cloud-based solutions.

This is a remote position, anywhere in Canada

Responsibilities:

Support clients in the implementation of financial ERP solutions (analysis, configuration, deployment)

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions

Configure systems, generate financial reports, and ensure successful go-live

Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end users

Work closely with client stakeholders (finance, IT, leadership)

Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet expectations

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation and post-deployment phases

Contribute to business development initiatives as needed

Profile:

Postsecondary education in accounting, finance, business, or information systems

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP environments or system implementations

Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is a strong asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of financial processes and related technologies

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and client training skills

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Client-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
