This position within Caylent's Cloud Native Applications team entails close collaboration with engineers to drive project execution. You will lead Agile ceremonies, gather and refine requirements, and manage a backlog for engineering tasks. Using your robust understanding of machine learning frameworks and infrastructure as code, you'll address client needs and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and reviews

• Transform customer requirements into actionable plans

• Assign tasks effectively within engineering teams

• Oversee discussions on system architecture

• Implement testing automation and monitor results

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and AWS

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform

• Strong skills in CI/CD and Dev Ops methodologies

• Familiarity with key ML libraries and practices

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
