In this full-time remote role, you’ll be implementing your IT skills to provide effective support for enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting user issues, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating with support teams. A strong understanding of application ecosystems and user support will greatly contribute to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Level 1 support for enterprise applications
• Perform routine administration in SAP and document management
• Monitor application status and escalate serious issues
• Assist with user onboarding and managing access rights
• Keep documentation updated for processes and configurations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 1-2 years in IT support or related experience
• Familiarity with SAP and Move-IT platforms
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
