Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor assigned production systems continuously
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes

• Engage in root cause analysis for persistent issues
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Application Management
• Over 4 years in .NET production support roles
• 2 years with ETL tools such as Informatica or SSIS
• At least 1 year of familiarity with AWS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
