Network Security Administrator

Job Duties   Maintain and support the company’s network systems, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and remote office access, ensuring reliable communication across all departments (solar operations, admin, finance, logistics).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN gateways; implement security policies and access controls to safeguard company systems and sensitive data.
Monitor network performance, connectivity, and security logs; identify and resolve connectivity issues, bottlenecks, or potential risks affecting multiple departments or remote sites.
Perform routine security audits, system updates, patch management, and access permission reviews to prevent unauthorized access and maintain compliance with company IT policies.
Provide technical support for staff and management, including troubleshooting network, VPN, remote access, and security‑related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including IP address assignments, device inventory, firewall rules, configuration changes, and network diagrams to support administration and audits.
Coordinate regular data backups, recovery procedures, and basic disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity in case of system or network failure.
Educaton:
College Diploma in the field is required

3 or more years of experience is required
Payrate: $30/hour
