Position: Legal Ops, Research & Compliance – AI Trainer

Type: Contract (Part‑time or Full‑time, Remote)

Requirements:

Training support will be provided.

• Strong professional experience in legal operations, legal research, or compliance management
• Academic background in legal studies, law, business, compliance, public policy, or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in legal research and analysis, including statutes, regulations, and policy interpretation
• Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory oversight
• Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, or sector‑specific compliance frameworks
• Experience with legal operations management, process optimization, and legal technology tools
• Strong risk assessment, governance support, and audit preparation capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex legal and compliance information into structured outputs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and precision
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
• Preferred:
  Experience working with AI, legal tech, or compliance technology platforms
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with agile environments or legal digital transformation initiatives
• Preferred:
  Certifications in compliance, risk management, or legal operations

• Translate real‑world legal operations and compliance workflows into structured AI training scenarios
• Develop, curate, and refine legal datasets, research outputs, and compliance use cases for AI training
• Conduct in‑depth legal research to inform AI model development and validation
• Analyze statutes, regulations, and policies to ensure legal accuracy in AI‑generated content
• Assess governance requirements, risk factors, and audit findings for inclusion in AI compliance scenarios
• Review AI‑generated legal and compliance outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AI and quality teams to align legal workflows with AI systems
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to continuously improve AI model performance
