We have a 12 month contract to hire for a Business Systems Configuration Analyst II on the Payer/provider side.

Must have 3-6 + years of experience, excellent written and verbal communication, healthcare experience (plus if you have Epic experience) and is detail oriented.

100% Remote.

Must Haves:

• 2-6 years minimum required as a BSA
• Payer/Provider Side
• Healthcare experience Healthcare Insurance Experience
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently and problem solve

Nice to haves:

Epic experience

Responsibilities:

• Team members work closely with operational stakeholders and clinical leaders to:
  Configure and optimize Epic modules to meet workflow and regulatory needs
• Translate business and clinical requirements into functional system design
• Collaborate on testing, validation, and go-live support
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements
• Ensure ongoing data integrity and performance across applications

About this role:

The Configuration team plays a critical role in the design, build, and maintenance of our integration with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

This allows us to utilize Epic's tools to streamline the prior authorization process and improve efficiency and reduce delays in care for our members.
