WAC Group is looking for a Technical Agile Program Manager to help lead the development of next-generation IoT products used around the world.

This isn't a traditional project management role. You'll sit at the center of hardware, firmware, mobile, cloud, and product teams aligning engineering efforts across the United States and China to bring innovative connected products to market.

What You'll Do

• Lead large, cross-functional technology programs from concept through delivery.
• Align hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile, and product teams around shared goals and priorities.
• Build clarity across multiple projects, teams, and time zones.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
• Drive Agile best practices, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted bridge between our US and China engineering organizations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
• 5 years of experience in program management or project management in complex business environments.
• 3 years managing programs in Agile or scaled Agile environments.
• 3 years managing cross-functional programs in Jira.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven experience driving cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Agile certification is a plus.
• Jira administration experience a plus.
• Fluent Chinese Mandarin language skills are required.
