Job Summary:
Performs complex analysis and productivity management data to support business/sales needs within Salesforce;
Acquires and organizes marketer information and demographics (i.e. customer profiles, new sales, marketing and product opportunities, etc.). With moderate assistance, manages data to enhance the sales process
Minimum
Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma
Preferred Education:
• Undergraduate studies in Business administration, Computer science, or related field
Experience:
• Typically one or more years experience in data/process/database research, analysis support, and problem solving
• Experience with Salesforce and other query-based applications, and/or analytical software
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of PC based spreadsheet and business intelligence applications
• Prefer working knowledge of research and reporting, and problem solving skills.
• General knowledge of a wide variety of reporting/Citizen Development/Telephony tools, concepts, and techniques
• General knowledge of business processes
• General knowledge of Salesforce
• Basic understanding of new technologies and developments in the end-user technology industry
Skills/
Competencies:
• Verbal and written communication
• Information documentation and report formulation
• Ability to understand business information needs, analyze data requests
• Ability to effectively operate a personal computer and develop ad hoc queries
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels
Core
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with Client associates that might be located in the home office or in the field in determining data and information needs. With moderate assistance, develops and maintains IMO specific data within Salesforce. Analyzes and/or troubleshoots information as requested or needed. With moderate assistance, uses various data access tools to pull information to create solutions (Salesforce, Tableau)
• Supports the research, analysis, and presentation of information by: producing reports; compiling and summarizing information; producing supporting documentation and exhibits; and verifying information received from external sources. With moderate assistance, performs all aspects of project and/or troubleshooting:
Understanding needs, gathering requirements, design, creation, testing, and documentation
• Retrieves data from internal and external sources and data files in order to keep internal repositories current and usable
• Determines appropriate information to be shared with customers. Evaluates deliverables for accuracy, quality, and relevance
• Maintains the integrity of information in internal repositories (IE: Access dBs, Excel spread sheets, etc)
• Performs other duties as assigned
