Role Description

This is a full-time production role for an Insurance Producer, based in Birmingham, AL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, selling insurance products, assisting clients in selecting appropriate policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve staying informed about industry trends and maintaining relationships with carriers.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty and the ability to guide clients through options
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using insurance-related software and CRM systems is a plus
• Licensure in P&C insurance is required
• 3+ year's experience in the insurance industry.
