• Engage clients prior to policy renewals for coverage reviews
• Maintain relationships and ensure policies reflect client needs
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance client coverage
• Achieve retention and satisfaction targets through follow-up
• Stay informed on personal lines products and trends

• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance
• Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
• Proactive client service mindset
